Terms of Service

Welcome to Hawk & Mason Studios. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile games and applications (“Services”), including AeroPulse, EliteLoop, Sugar Tiles, and Ittako, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes on supported iOS and Android devices.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features in AeroPulse (PRO tier) and EliteLoop may require a paid subscription or one-time unlock.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in your Apple App Store Account Settings.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically transition to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to trial expiration.

3. Aviation & Telemetry Disclaimer (AeroPulse)

AeroPulse provides flight tracking and aviation telemetry for recreational, spotter, passenger, and flight enthusiast reference only. AeroPulse is not certified for primary aircraft navigation, flight planning, or operational air traffic decision-making. Pilots and aviation operators must always adhere to official aeronautical publications (NOTAMs, METARs, ATC clearances).

4. Standard Apple EULA

Unless explicitly modified, our iOS applications are governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).
