What it is, what it is not
Pondr is a thinking and writing app. It is not a medical or psychological service, treatment or therapy; it does not diagnose and does not advise. The mirror’s notes are written by an AI and can be wrong; base no decision on them alone. If you are going through a hard time, talk to a professional; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Subscription
Your first 4 sessions with the mirror are free, with no payment details asked. They count on your own subjects, the ready-made subjects and the 4-day Life parts. The one-day parts (Month look-back, A letter to next year, Hard thing check-in and Hard thing story) come with the subscription. After the free sessions there is one yearly subscription. The subscription renews through your Apple account; you can cancel in App Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow Apple’s rules.
Your content
What you write is yours. The app processes it only to prepare the mirror for you. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
