Fatigue assessment from a roster export, in your browser. Duty limits and predicted alertness; the file stays on your computer.
Hawk & Mason
Fatigue, safety, training and documents for airline departments. Each product is licensed on its own, in any combination, with an API and signed webhooks.

From dated, disconnected tools to one crew app and four products. Captions and music, no voice-over. Fictional airline.
Fatigue assessment from a roster export, in your browser. Duty limits and predicted alertness; the file stays on your computer.
Crews report from the phone or a web link. The safety office classifies, investigates, replies and exports E5X.
Notices, courses and qualification records on the crew phone. The qualification matrix marks each one valid, expiring, expired or missing, by crew member and role.
Publish a manual revision with its change log. Crews read and confirm it. The panel shows who has confirmed the current revision.
In the browser, nothing to install.
One board of what needs action across your products: report clocks, overdue actions, expired qualifications, unconfirmed revisions. Each line opens its record.
One panel for each product you hold. An operator code opens only the panels it covers, so each department can have its own.
One key per system, made and revoked in the portal. Every endpoint is documented. API reference →
Signed deliveries to one https endpoint you choose, for new and updated reports, signed notices, completed courses and confirmed revisions.
CSV in and out. ECCAIRS E5X files for your office to upload. SCORM courses into Academy. A web report link for crews without the app.
Roster readers: NetLine/CrewLink, JetXBit, AIMS eCrew, CrewConnex, FLiCA, Leon, CAE Crew Access, RAIDO, Sabre CWP, plus PDFs, spreadsheets and calendar links.
Crewops Crew is the Crewops app, given by your airline and opened with its company code. Your licence turns modules on or off and sets your airline's name and expiry. Your rule set is agreed with you.
Safety, My training and the Library sit on the Me tab, under My airline.
Start on your own files: a roster export, qualification records or a manual.
We read your formats and your rule set before we propose anything.
Operator codes open the products you hold, for the period you agreed.

Yes. Each product has its own licence, so you can hold one, two, three or all four. An operator code opens only the products it covers.
Roster, sleep and health entries stay on the phone. What a crew member files or signs (a report, a confirmation, a course result, a shared rating) is stored on Cloudflare servers that Hawk & Mason Studios runs, with each airline's records kept apart by its airline code, and read on the airline's side only with your operator code or API keys.
No. In the pilot programme, crews open the crew app with your airline's company code. They create no account and buy nothing in the app.
Yes. Each product runs on its own beside your SMS, HR, training and document systems, or feeds them through the API, webhooks and exports.
Write to us with the problem. We look at your files and rules first, then answer with a plan. A module appears here only once it is built.
Product names belong to their owners; Crewops has no affiliation with them. Crewops Insight supports a fatigue risk assessment and makes no judgement about fitness to fly. Your procedures and records prevail.
